Collection is available during our store opening hours, and you be emailed when your order is ready to collect. Orders must be collected within 7 days.

Returns

If you change your mind about keeping your online order, please return it within 14 days of purchase - in its original condition, at your own cost via a secure postal method. Please enclose your proof of purchase.

Original condition means all packaging and labels are in good condition, you haven't used the item and it can be resold at full price.

Online orders can also be returned to store free of charge. 

What can't be returned

• Online purchases received over 14 days ago 

• Items without original packing or labels 

• Items that have been opened or unsealed other than where necessary to inspect

• Items or packaging in poor or damaged condition

• Click and collect orders that are inspected by you or your nominee at the time of collection

• Bedding 

• In store purchases (in store purchases are sold as seen)

You will receive your refund within 14 days of sending the item back.

Items purchased from us in person are sold as seen and are non refundable.
